Pre-school and kindergarten registration for the 2016-2017 academic year in the Gallia County Local School District will be held at the Gallia County Health Department on the following dates at the following times:

April 11          8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

April 12          11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

April 13          8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

April 14          11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Please call our central office for an appointment on or after March 21 by contacting Robin at (740) 379-9085 ext. 12 during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  All entering pre-school and kindergarten students must participate in a screening unless the child is already being serviced in one of our pre-school classrooms. We ask that parents or guardians accompany their child to the screening.  They will need to bring the child’s social security card, shot records, birth certificate, TB skin test card, custody agreement (if applicable), income verification and proof of insurance.  The registration and screening process will take approximately one hour.

The registration program will include activities for both parents and new students.  Staff will be on hand to complete hearing, vision, and readiness screenings, as well as discuss and answer questions regarding the programs.
